Karen is currently the CIO for DHL Express Singapore since May 2021.  Prior to taking up this role, Karen was part of the DHL Express Asia Pacific (Excluding China) Regional Business IT team, and was responsible for the deployment of DHL global applications to countries, specifically in the Operations domain.  Karen has 20+ years of experience in this industry.
