Kuntha has over 22 years of industry and consulting experience, and is currently the APAC Supply Chain and Procurement Transformation Leader for IBM Consulting. Her expertise includes supply chain and procurement strategy, operating model and organizational design, business case development and delivery of savings, delivery of strategic sourcing savings, end-to-end supply chain and procurement solution design and implementation using niche cloud based systems, AI and advanced analytics to drive efficiency and sustainability. In response particularly to the supply and demand disruptions of the last few years, she has recently been focus on designing and building AI led end to end supply chain control towers.
