Litao lives to innovate; a free-spirited pragmatist, Litao joined ABB in 2018 as Head of Finance Digital Lab and Digital Academy.   He is responsible for driving digital transformation and supporting the Digital Finance strategy for ABB.  Litao embraces the idea of testing new ways of working and creates active coaching environments in which teams are given the tools and resources to challenge the status quo, push boundaries and achieve growth.  Before joining ABB, Litao was at McKinsey where he served clients on large-scale global transformation programs involving coaching, digital capability building and lean management.
