Marisa AZMAN is currently the Regional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for ENGIE South East Asia, part of the ENGIE Group. ENGIE is a global leader in low-carbon energy and services, committed to accelerating the transition towards a carbon-neutral world through reduced energy consumption and environmentally friendly solutions.

Marisa is responsible for a full spectrum of financial planning and management, including project bids/commercial proposals, accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, and tax functions across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. She actively supports regional business growth and operational excellence, in addition to leading transformation initiatives for the finance function. Marisa also sits on the Executive Committee for ENGIE South East Asia and serves as a director for several of its entities and joint ventures (JVs).

Based in Singapore, Marisa joined ENGIE in 2023, bringing with her more than 20 years of in-depth financial, strategic business growth and transformation, and leadership experience gained in Singapore, the UK, and Australia while working across professional services, renewable energy, shipping and logistics, banking, and healthcare. Her wide skill set covers FP&A, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business transformation, stakeholder management, tax, and statutory compliance. Aside from her financial expertise, Marisa also has a background in legal affairs.

Marisa holds a Master of Laws (LLB), a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Hons), and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, Australia. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) (in Australia) and a certified project management professional (PMP) (via the USA-based Project Management Institute – PMI).
