Max leads the Transformation Office at Income Insurance Limited (Income Insurance), one of the leading composite insurers in Singapore. He and his team of venture launchers are responsible for the creation of innovative digital-first insurance models such as the award winning, first stackable lifestyle-based microinsurance and Investment platform – SNACK and rain surge pricing insurance product, Droplet. He also steers partnerships with digital ecosystems to create region-first insurance products such as Pay-per-trip micro insurances and usage-based motor insurance. He also leads Income Insurance’s engagement with the start-up community and the adoption of exponential technologies. Max holds a MSc in Intellectual Property Management from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
