Raghu heads the Solution Consulting team for Workday in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. The team comprises functional subject matter experts in the HCM, ERP, Planning and Analytics domains and Technology Architects who advise customers on platform, integration, and security evolutions.

Raghu has three decades of experience in the IT industry, with deep knowledge of the Communications, Insurance and Utilities industries. He has performed a variety of technical roles spanning project implementations, technical team leadership, industry solution architectures, regional CTO, new product development management and business transformation leadership. While his primary focus has been on business and enterprise applications, Raghu has practical knowledge of solutioning for digital evolutions, application of emerging technologies such as Blockchain and Machine Learning, data management, integration technologies and architectures, cloud platforms and transitioning systems to the cloud. Raghu is passionate about Cloud and has years of experience advising customers on making the pivot to cloud-based technologies and systems.
