Vincent is currently the CFO Asia Pacific for Datalogic S.p.A. (Borsa Italiana: DAL.MI), prior to this was the Deputy Group CFO for Hi-P International Limited (SGX:H17) and Director of Finance & CFO of Asia for Motorola Solutions (NYSE: MSI).

Active in the industry, was former Chairman of ACCA Singapore SME Transformation Committee, former Council member and Treasurer of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA), former member of ACCA Singapore Network Panel. A Fellow of Chartered Accountant Singapore, Fellow of ACCA and PhD candidate from Singapore Management University.
