Wilson has over 20 years of experience working in Finance mostly within the luxury retail industry handling multi-channel & multi-store retail spanning Europe, US and APAC.

Wilson is currently the Head of Finance with BHG Singapore leading the Finance and Analysis team. He is also part of the team championing its Digital Transformation to refresh its backend systems and enhancing its customer journey and experience.

Wilson started his Finance career in the F&B industry in London before moving into Retail in 2008 when he joined Agent Provocateur. He then moved on to be a consultant providing commercial and business guidance to 3i Investments and Miller Harris.
