With over 30 years of experience in technology leadership, Laurence is the architect of several nationally significant programs, including:
- The 100 Experiments (100E) programme, which bridges the gap between academic AI research and industry implementation
- The award-winning AI Apprenticeship Programme (AIAP), which has become Singapore’s premier AI talent development initiative
- LearnAI, a comprehensive national initiative that has exposed over 200,000 Singaporeans to AI through various programmes
