Ms Lorraine Ong is an accomplished technology leader with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation in Singapore’s public sector. She has built a career at the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), where she has led high-impact initiatives to empower enterprises transform digitally through emerging technologies such as Generative Artificial Intelligence, Digital Twins, and Extended Reality.

As a thought leader in the tech community, Lorraine was named Transformation Leader of the Year at the prestigious Women in IT Asia Awards and an honouree of Singapore’s 100 Women in Tech, regularly sharing insights on technology, leadership, and diversity in the workplace.

Beyond her professional contributions, Lorraine is a passionate advocate for developing the next generation of women in technology, contributing as an executive committee member of the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) Women in Tech chapter and an SCS Fellow.

A certified senior project and security professional, Lorraine holds advanced industry credentials including CITPM (Senior), EC-Council’s Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), and Project Management Professional (PMP).
