Prabu Sangar is the Director of Technology Operations and Integration, Asia at FCM Travel, where he leads regional technology operations, integration, automation and transformation initiatives across Asia.
He is also a Senior Lecturer at Nanyang Technological University, where he teaches Software Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction and Human-AI Interaction, bringing practical industry experience into the classroom and academic thinking back into technology leadership. His work focuses on turning technology strategy into practical execution, particularly across AI, automation, system integration, operating model transformation and scalable regional capabilities. Prabu also writes and speaks on technology, AI and leadership, with a particular interest in how organisations can adopt emerging technology responsibly while keeping people, usability and measurable business outcomes at the centre.
