Stanley Liu is a senior management member for OM Holdings Limited, and oversees the financial management and financial strategy for the group. He provides leadership for FP&A and treasury management, bank strategy and investor relations, trade finance, debt and working capital financing, and risk management. He oversees finance and treasury automation and digitalization initiatives, as well as implementation and compliance of policies and procedures.
With over 10 years of finance leadership experience in FP&A and treasury, he has held senior finance roles in General Electric, AB InBev and Cargill, with a strong focus in M&A, divestitures, restructuring and finance transformation. Stanley holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, a BBA from National University of Singapore, and he also holds a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
