William is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with more than 20 years of experience, including extensive service in senior Group CFO roles, particularly within private equity portfolio companies across a range of industries. He has significant expertise across the full spectrum of financial management and mergers and acquisitions, having led multiple M&A transactions on both the sell-side and buy-side. William is currently Group CFO of iNova Pharmaceuticals, a global consumer healthcare company majority owned by TPG Capital, with a presence in more than 75 markets. His previous roles include Group CFO of LUXASIA, the largest luxury beauty distribution platform in Asia-Pacific, and Group CFO of Everise, a global business process outsourcing company.
