Andrew leads Clifford Chance’s award-winning Innovation and Best Delivery Programme in the Asia Pacific. Having worked with professional services firms for over 30 years across the UK, US, Europe and Asia Pacific, he has a wealth of experience in project delivery and operational roles.

For the last 13 years, Andrew has been leading Change and Transformation at Clifford Chance, working closely alongside the Firm’s Partners and Clients to challenge and improve the way legal services are delivered. In 2023, Clifford Chance was recognised as the Most Innovative Firm (headquartered outside of APAC) by the Financial Times in the APAC Innovative Lawyers Awards, where Andrew was also individually shortlisted. Andrew is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and trained Coach and is currently based in Singapore.
