Katherine has undertaken the role of CFO of Wearnes- StarChase since 2015 and is responsible for overall financial and management reporting and reports to the Board on matters relating to banking, treasury, taxation, accounting, finance, budget, information technology and internal audit. She has over 25 years of experience in different industries with involvement in M & As and capital market transactions. Wearnes- StarChase operates in 8 countries in Greater China and SouthEast Asia distributing 19 different premium luxury brands such as Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Aston Martin and Polestar.
