Mr. Nandakumar a PhD Scholar pursuing his study in Consumer Experiential impact with Artificial Intelligence artifacts interaction. He has more than a two-decade long experience in the IT sector with a professional background in Application & Infrastructure Engineering, Architecture, and Business Consultancy in the Financial Management sector. He holds a number of certifications with expertise in Business Optimization, Process Re-Engineering, Program Management, Lean Sigma, ITSM ITIL Masters, Certified AWS Cloud Solution Architecture, Statistical Analysis using IBM SPSS, SMART PLS3 – SEM, R, Python and Data Visualization. His overall service experience covers IT & Financial management consulting with exposure to varied domains within the financial industry and especially in Delivery governance, Regulatory and Compliance design aligned to in-country Regulatory requirements with exposure to 17 varied markets, Business Transformation, Merger and Acquisitions, Strategic Tools deployment, and in building and managing competency models and Event driven architecture.

Mr. Nandakumar’s current focus in his role as Head of Technology, Asia, Westpac Institutional Banking, Singapore is around driving a Customer- Centric technology program for transforming Institutional and Retail Banking experience.
